We ship to all US states and Canadian provinces. There is an additional charge for items shipped outside the continental U.S. Our shipping charges are very simple, and reflect the true cost of shipping items which may be large and/or heavy.

There is an additional charge for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. If the actual shipping charge to Alaska or Hawaii is less than the total shipping charged, we will refund the difference. If actual shipping charges are more than that charged you will be notified of the amount due. If you have other shipping requirements, such as international, 2nd day, etc., contact us first via E-mail or phone: 770-664-0848 to arrange shipping to prevent a possible delay in your order.

Please plan on your order taking five to seven days to arrive from the time the order is placed (Continental USA and Canada).


We want all our customers to have a pleasant shopping experience, and receive a quality product of value. We also want our customers to have confidence when they purchase from us on line. Therefore, we pledge to:

  • Your purchase will be shipped as soon as possible, in most cases within one to two days. If there is some delay (personalized items take longer) you will be notified immediately.

Personalized Items

Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is an error by the manufacturer. Some orders for personalized items may not be cancelled once the order has been placed. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

A Pampered offers a 100% guarantee on our products against manufactures defects. If a defect is detected, please contact us so we may rectify the problem or replace the product ordered. There are no refunds on embroidered personalized items. You must contact us for a return authorization number before returning any item.

Returns and Refunds

You may return any item within 14 days of your receipt for an exchange for refund. You must contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any item. We will not accept items returned without an authorization number. Returned dog beds must be in unused condition. Embroidered items, and size XXL may not be returned. Insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, as we cannot be held liable for lost/damage/stolen packages. Return the unused product in its original packaging *Tags must be intact*. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. Note:There may a restocking fee of 10% to 20%, depending upon the item you have purchased.

Exchanges You may exchange any item as long as it is in new, unused condition. Return shipping is your responsibility, and we will charge our normal shipping to ship the item back you.
